Shipping & Returns



Most items will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Larger items will ship motor freight on a pallet with liftgate delivery to your curbside. For motor freight deliveries the freight carrier will call you to setup a delivery appointment before attempting delivery. Someone will need to be home to inspect shipment and sign for all motor freight deliveries. No signature is required for USPS or FedEx deliveries.


Shipping Damage

We are very careful to properly package items to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives with visible damage make sure the delivery driver notes the damage before you sign for delivery. In most cases it is best to refuse the shipment if it was damaged during shipping. If there is concealed damage please notify us as soon as possible. All returned items that were damaged in shipping will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible with both return and replacement shipping at our expense.


Our return policy is very simple. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchase from us you can return it within 30 days after receipt for a full refund or replacement item, whichever you prefer.


Lead Time

Some items are custom made as the orders come in. All orders will ship as soon as possible, usually within one to three weeks. If you need your order sooner please contact us to check availability before making a purchase. You will be notified if estimated lead time will be more then three weeks.
